Non-Refundable Digital Products
Unless otherwise stated on the product sales page or required by applicable law, purchases of digital products—including eBooks, downloadable PDFs, video courses, and other digital content—are non-refundable.
Exceptions
We may consider refunds in limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate purchases
- Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased product and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period
- Incorrect billing caused by a system error
